Who we are
Interactive (IRL) ltd, was established in 2002. Working with some of the largest global Laundry, Homecare, Health and Beauty brands, our experience has given us an insight into how our customer channels perform. As a result, we are positioned to provide bespoke strategic sales and marketing solutions that build brands in the Northern Irish and Irish market places across symbol group retail, independent retail, pharmacy and electrical store channels.
What we do
Our dedicated sales team have built long-term relationships and established a depth of customer knowledge to maximise sales and visibility of our principles brands across all operating channels, with a key focus on category insights and trends – we will connect brands with our trade partners to the consumer. Their unique understanding and experience within different businesses, combined with our strength of service and coverage allows Interactive (IRL) ltd. to support all clients fully and meet whatever demands that are required.
Operating from our office and warehouse base in Mallusk, Northern Ireland, our service to trade is paramount to our business structure, we operate a secure, efficient and accurate service to all our customer channels.
Our mission is to fulfil customer satisfaction within our distribution channels and to represent our principles values according to their world leading standards of innovation, service and quality.

Mark Stuart
Managing Director
Mark Stuart joined Interactive Ireland Ltd in 2002 as sales manager, progressing to Senior commercial manager and appointed Managing Director in 2019. Mark brings 30 years of distribution experience including bespoke trade and marketing solutions to a varied customer base, whilst developing strong business relationships with current global principles – Procter & Gamble, Coty and Duracell.
Sinead O’Kane
Commercial Manager
Sinéad joined Interactive in April 2018 and is the Commercial Manager.
She Graduated from Queens University Belfast in 2001, having been awarded a University Scholarship from AVX (part of the Kyocera Group), where she started working in their Manufacturing Plant in Coleraine during Summers and on Graduation.
In a change of career direction, she entered the Wholesale and Distribution sector. She has held various roles in the Healthcare, Pharmacy and Grocery sector for the past 18 years and has extensive experience in Procurement, Supply chain and Category Management.
Ken Stuart
Operations Manager
Ken Stuart joined Interactive Ireland Ltd in September 2018. As Operations Manager Ken oversees the day to day operations within Interactive. Ken came to Interactive with over 30 years’ experience within the retail sector, developing and leading teams to exceed customer expectations. Ken has experience within compliance, planning, making strategic decisions and implementing operational policies and procedures. Ken promotes a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Gareth McAuley MA
Logistics Manager
Gareth McAuley MA, joined Interactive Ireland Ltd in 2008 as Logistics manager. Gareth is responsible for all warehousing and distribution processes and procedures, ensuring goods are delivered efficiently and on time.
Gareth has 20 years of experience in supply chain management and industry knowledge since graduating in Economics from the University of Dundee in 1999.
He is driven by delivering excellence for our customers through leading standards of innovation, service and quality.
Gareth is passionate about helping others achieve their best, reflected in the management and training of his team to deliver a cohesive approach to our mission and values.
Ian Cochrane
Sales Manager
Ian Cochrane joined Interactive Ireland Ltd in September 2012 as Sales Manager, he is an experienced sales professional with more than 30 years working in sales and trading marketing roles within the FMCG sector across Grocery, Pharmacy, Wines & Spirits and Foodservice.
Geoff McGuigan
Sales Manager
Geoff McGuigan joined Interactive Ireland Ltd in 2003. His current role is Sales Manager, responsible for sourcing wide-ranging household electrical consumer products for retailers in a highly competitive market.
With over thirty years’ experience in the electrical goods retail industry, he worked in several large key retail stores at management level before becoming a senior buyer.
His work ethic is to build trust and strengthen relationships with both customers and suppliers and to provide an excellent, professional service.
